Terms & Conditions

Welcome to FinTrack Pro. By downloading, accessing, or using the FinTrack Pro application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using FinTrack Pro, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable subscription terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FinTrack Pro. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Service Description

FinTrack Pro is a personal financial management application that provides tools for tracking net worth, income, expenses, assets, liabilities, budgets, and financial goals. The App is available on iOS, Android, and Web platforms.

5. Subscription Plans & Payments

• Free Plan: Available at no cost with limited features and ads, as described on our Pricing page
• Paid Plans: Plus, Pro, Family, and Team are auto-renewable subscriptions. On mobile they are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play; on the web they are billed through Paddle
• Billing: Payment is charged to your app store account (or Paddle) at confirmation of purchase. Prices are shown in the app and on our Pricing page before you buy
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends
• Managing your subscription: You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings (or via your Paddle receipt for web purchases)
• Price Changes: We may adjust pricing; where required, changes take effect on renewal, subject to your consent as required by the app stores and applicable law

6. Refunds

Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple and Google under their respective refund policies. For purchases made on the web through Paddle, contact us at info@alpha-cod.com and we will assist you.

7. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings (or your Paddle receipt for web purchases)
• Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
• After the period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the App
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers

9. Your Data

• You retain full ownership of all financial data you enter into the App
• You may export your data at any time in CSV or PDF format
• You may request deletion of your account and all associated data
• We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

10. Intellectual Property

FinTrack Pro, including its design, logos, icons, graphics, and software, is the property of Alpha Code Agency and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

FinTrack Pro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure
• The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
• The App will meet your specific financial planning needs

FinTrack Pro is a tracking and visualization tool. It does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or professional financial services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Code Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of FinTrack Pro, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or decisions made based on information displayed in the App.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpha Code Agency, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

14. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with reasonable notice for material changes. We are not liable for any modification or discontinuation of the service.

15. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
